NYCC Slider and Nook

I love it! I have this odd theory about KK Slider and Tom Nook being brothers. Tom Nook was adopted by KK's family and was raised in the country with him. KK's mother found Tom abandoned in his baby carrier at only a year old. Tom and KK are five years apart, KK being older. Then Tom met Sable of the Able Sisters. She and Mabel had to move to the city, so Tom decided to follow them. He set up shop there in the city to maybe make the living conditions better for Sable and Mabel out of love. KK and Tom,s mother died, so KK was the only guardian/parent figured but Tom had. KK decided that Tom should shape his own destiny and approved of him going to the city. One day, KK called Tom at work as he had made a very important decision. He told Tom that he was going to go around the world, playing his music for free. Tom, who was currently struggling to survive and supply the Able Sisters, couldn't even fathom the idea of giving a service for free. Tom was worried about his brother, but he didn't let it on that way. Tom half scolded KK to not do it but KK went anyway. Since then, the relationship has been bitter, at least on Tom's side. Not that they have bad blood or hate each other, it was just unneeded stress the came at the wrong time. Coming to the small town that he resides in now (in animal crossing new leaf) helped Tom a bit by calming down but the Nooklings still sold bootleg of KK's music at the store and that didn't help the issue of the relationship much either. Anywhoozies, thats just my theory. I only say that the two hold a fractured relationship is because its a popular online belief. 😜😄
